Once your AYO+ device is turned on (opened and charged), your Home screen will display two session options: Blue Light or Red Light. AYO+ devices also have access to Custom mode — more on that in this article.
If you choose Blue Light, you can fully customize your session with the following settings:
✨ Light Intensity
You can choose between low, medium, or high intensity depending on how sensitive you are to light or how much of a boost you need. For those who love precision, you can even set your own exact percentage anywhere from 10% to 100% to match your comfort level
⏱ Session Duration
Whether you have just a few minutes or more, you’re in control.
You can set the duration anywhere from 5 to 90 minutes to match your schedule. A short session can offer a refreshing lift, while longer sessions can help you fully recharge your energy and focus and support your circadian rhythm.
🔴 Red Light Support (exclusive for AYO+ devices)
If your AYO+ is opened, you can also activate red light from the Home Screen. Once activated, you will get a short, 3-minute phase focused on ocular health at the end of your blue-light session.
If you choose Red Light only, you can again adjust the light intensity and session duration to suit your needs.
NOTE: If you have an original AYO device (not AYO+), the app provides you with the same settings to adjust the intensity and session duration but only of the blue light (no red light or custom settings).
