In many cases, for the AYO app to function properly, you need to have active Wi-Fi or mobile data (carrier network). AYO needs Wi-Fi or mobile data to make a connection between your phone and the AYO server (e.g. when filling in the sleep questionnaire, or getting updated daily recommendations on the Home screen).
