It is advisable to have one AYO session every day at the optimal time to achieve best results. In case you feel that one session does not provide you with results as expected, feel free to have two subsequent sessions.
! One AYO session lasts for 20 minutes. To achieve a desired session of 40 minutes, you can simply close and reopen the wearable in order to start another 20-minute session.
! It is not recommended to use AYO for more than three sessions per day as the efficiency of sessions decreases after the 60-minute mark.
When do I start to feel the results?
Some AYO customers start to feel positive effects such as increased energy and heightened alertness even after the first use. For others, noticeable improvement may take anywhere from one to four weeks of daily use depending on the desired goal. We recommend consistency in using AYO at least for a few to several weeks to start experiencing AYO's long-lasting benefits.
