The Home Screen features:
1. Your personal circadian rhythm and its unique stages during the day-night cycle
2. Your personal recommendations for each specific stage regarding light, food, coffee, cognition, exercise and sleep.
3. When to use your AYO to achieve your goal.
On the circadian graph, you can see in real-time the stage that you are currently in and the recommended actions. Some stages are peaks (morning, evening peaks) when it’s best to perform, while others are lows (afternoon dip, winding down, bedtime, asleep) when it is usually better to take it easy. For each one, we provide you with personal guidance and explanations.
To learn more about the specific recommendations, you can click on any of them. You will notice that they are also stage-dependent. Light, for example, changes between bright, dim and darkness.
On the top of the Home screen, you can also see the recommended time to use AYO.
