AYO is a wearable (blue) light therapy device and as such, measuring its light properties in lux is not applicable.
The reason behind it is that unlike traditional light therapy boxes, the light source from AYO is much closer to the eye, therefore light irradiance is used to measure the light intensity. The irradiance is the "strength" of light that is coming to your eyes.
The irradiance level of AYO is 150 µW/cm2 (at 100% intensity), comparable (i.e. within the level) to the most researched and successful light therapy boxes on the market and can be considered as an equivalent to a 10,000 lux of bright light emitted by a typical light box.
