We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. However, in case you are not satisfied with your AYO and you would like to return it and get a refund, please see the details and cases below:
Purchases made on our Indiegogo InDemand page
We allow for refunds within 14 days after the day of pre-ordering your AYO. After that period, we do not provide refunds.
Purchases made on our website (goayo.com) or our Indiegogo Marketplace page
In case you change your mind and would like to receive a refund on your purchase, you can do so within 14 days from the day you received your complete order.
Purchases made during SALE events either on the goayo.com website or on 3rd party sites
All purchases made during a SALE event (with a discount equal or above 15%) are NOT eligible for a refund or 14-day money back guarantee. All purchases made during a SALE event are considered final and are not eligible for return.
How to claim a refund
In order to claim a refund, first, you would need to inform our Support team at email@example.com about your intention to return the product within the 14-day period. Then we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. After that you can proceed with sending the product back. Bear in mind that you take full liability in case the shipment gets lost on the way back to us.
Once received, the returns will be inspected upon arrival. The product must be returned with its original packaging and in good condition (as good as new). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and sent back to you within 5 business days. The refund will be equal to the full amount minus payment fees as well as 10% restocking fee (20% in total).
At the moment we only offer refunds through PayPal.
AYO comes with a 2-year warranty in the EU and a 1-year warranty in the rest of the world.
Malfunctioning or Damaged Products
We are obsessed with quality and put utmost importance to provide a high-quality product. We put AYO through a rigid quality assurance process. In the very rare situations when the product you receive might be defective or malfunctioning, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the product defect, so that we can take care of you! In most circumstances, we will exchange the defective item for a brand new one.
Note: if the defect was caused by improper use or care, it will not be considered a manufacturer defect, and we will not be able to replace your AYO or offer you a refund.
