We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. However, in case you are not satisfied with your AYO and you would like to return it and get a refund, please see the details and cases below:
Purchases made on our Indiegogo InDemand page
We allow for refunds within 14 days after the day of pre-ordering your AYO. After that period, we do not provide refunds.
Purchases made on our website (goayo.com) or our Indiegogo Marketplace page
In case you change your mind and would like to receive a refund on your purchase, you can do so within 14 days from the day you received your complete order.
How to claim a refund
In order to claim a refund, first, you would need to inform our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org about your intention to return the product within the 14-day period. Then we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. After that you can proceed with sending the product back. Bear in mind that you take full liability in case the shipment gets lost on the way back to us.
Once received, the returns will be inspected upon arrival. The product must be returned with its original packaging and in good condition (as good as new). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and sent back to you within 5 business days. The refund will be equal to the full amount minus payment and Indiegogo fees as well as 10% restocking fee (20% in total).
At the moment we only offer refunds through PayPal.
Malfunctioning or Damaged Products
In the very rare situations when the product you receive might be damaged or malfunctioning, it will be replaced on our cost. AYO comes with a 2-year warranty in the EU and a 1-year warranty in the rest of the world.
